7X1 3/4 First Quality Straight Wine Corks, Pore Filled 1000/ct

First quality corks are an agglomerated cork, created with uniform cork shavings that are bonded with a food grade adhesive. 
 
If using these corks, bottles must be stored on their side to keep the cork moist. If the corks dry out, your wine or mead will become oxidized. The maximum recommended storage time of wine using these corks is 1 to 1.5 years.
