Centennial Hops Pellets are Derived from Mostly Brewer’s Gold with contributions from Fuggle, East Kent Golding and others. Moderately resistant to downy mildew and verticillium wilt. They are a true dual purpose hop good for bittering and aroma. They have an intense floral and citrus (lemon) tones. A very balanced hop, Used in many American style ales and IPAs. Very popular among the craft beer society. Sometimes called a Super Cascade
