Sorachi Ace Hops were developed in 1984 for Supporo Brewers Ltd. A cross between Brewer’s Gold, Saazer – OP and Beikei No. 2 male. A dual Purpose hop with unique lemon and dill characteristics. Try it in a single hop IPA for a wild new taste.

Alpha Acid 10.0 – 16.0%
Beta Acid 6.0 – 7.0%
Cohumulone ~23%
