Simcoe® Hops Pellets

Description

Simcoe® (Brand YCR 14 cv.) were developed by Yakima Chief Ranches and released in 2000. An awesome dual purpose hop with high AA’s and a unique passionfruit, pine, earth and citrus aromas. Try it in a single hop IPA. Can be used as a Substitution for Magnum or Summit.

Alpha Acid 12.0 – 14.0%
Beta Acid 4.0 – 5.0%
Cohumulone 15 – 20%
