Mosaic® HBC 369 is a offspring of Simcoe. Mosaic Hops feature high alpha acids and low cohumulone and has an array of wonderful aromas that you will notice in your beers. Brewers have noted that Mosaic Hops are a “complexity of flavors” providing a “powerful combination punch of pine and fruit.” Specific descriptors include earthy, grassy, herbal, citrus, cedar, floral, pine, tropical, onion/garlic, spice and stone fruit.
