Acid Testing Kit

Good acid balance is important in winemaking in order to ensure good flavor and keeping qualities in finished wines. Only grapes grown under ideal conditions will contain acids in the right proportion to produce good wine. For best results it is vital to messure and adjust acid before fermentation commences.

Measuring cup
Syringe
2 ounces of Acid Blend
4 ounces of Sodium Hydroxide
0.5 ounces of Phenolphthalein Indicator
