Perle Hops were Bred at the Hop Research Center in Hull, Germany. Was Bred from English Northern Brewer. It is a great dual purpose. The Aroma is slightly spicy with herbal and floral characteristics.
A great hop for Stouts and Porters.

Alpha Acid 7.0 – 9.5%
Beta Acid 4.0 – 5.0%
Cohumulone 27 – 32%
