Nelson Sauvin Hops are from New Zealand. They were developed from a cross between New Zealand “Smoothcone” and a selected New Zealand male. A true dual purpose hop. Has aromas like white wines “fruitiness” mixed with fresh crushed gooseberry and grape infused flavors.

Beta Acid: 6.0 – 8.0%
Cohumulone: ~24%
